This series of photo was taken by a visitor at Proton Technology Week. This prototype or concept car is totally from Lotus APX concept car. APX here stands for “Aluminium Performance Crossover”. It’s mean, this concept car is the lightest compare to its nearest real car competitor, Porsche Cayenne S, Nissan Murano & BMW X6 35i. The top speed for this car is 250km/h.

One thing that I would them to take note is, the quality of the car itself. So that it becomes more balance.
I really am not into the top speed much, nor the seconds it takes from not to hundred. It’s the quality of the car that matters, especially during the long term of use of the car. In fact, there could be a reason why BMW X and Cayenne did not make their car top notch. I think this is based on the safety terms and again, the quality build of the car in stability, comfort etc.
All and all, I support Proton although I have never owned one. I believe in Toyota
But for Proton, keep it up. I love what you all have come up with but maybe they could better the design and the looks of the MSX. Currently, IMO, it looks just too plain and it could bore you in the long term.
At first look, it looks a bit like the Saab Aero X 2006. Don’t you all think? If Proton fix and better the looks, that would be an awesome car to be drive on. Peace out.

Yes the outer look has its unique or global market…but look at the front boot where the engine is unveil…..pieces of crapz…..stilll the same all white plastic unveiling …..why they can;t thght of smthing better?? since is gona be expensive…make it better….y still making u of wat available stocks in the inventory for waja, gen2 and all those….or can;t they thght of a nice surface cover??? juz like HOndas….normal sedan honda car also has tat…..why doe a diff class of SUV don;t have such basic…..crapz…

dulu kuar keta waja i minat..pakai keta waja jab mcm hampeh..kuar gen2 lak nmpak mcm menarik tapi bila beli dan guna hampeh gak..MPX pun sama jer..last skali baik beli dan guna keta import lebih berbaloi dengan nilai Ringgit anda..Mcm kena tipu jer kita sbgi rakyat malaysia..keta Proton ke luar negara elok pulak kualitinya..Hidup2 rakyat malaysia kena tipu..
it has the highest top speed compared with porshe, nissan and bwm.. but the thing is, without the quality and solidness of a car, topspeed is regardless… porshe, nissan and bwm is among the top list of all vehicles.. im pretty sure they know what theyre doing by not increasing the topspeed eventho they have the finest, safest, system and quality of a car.
proton shud first focus on the quality and safeness rather than trying to show they can overspeed top list cars. furthermore, the design doesnt look that solid which can bring disastrous accidents or crashes.
on the other hand, the design is eye catching. but we cant judge a book by its cover.

Interesting outlook, but im more worry about the interior design.Proton usually have competitive outlook design but worst ever interior design n equipment for comfortable.I believe that comfortable of driving tat car is more important than its looks. Do something n give us some car tat worth the price Proton.

M’sia boleh..he heh..FYI Lotus Engeneering dah kona boli dek proton..so which mean those design own by proton..wahai anak2 m’sia sekalian..ber bangga la dgn hasil titik peluh rakyat sendiri..cam ne la nak maju klu smua nya nak komplen sepakat je..what ever the out going result of those design we have to accept it..at least rakyat kita dah cuba..n 1 thing..klu dah tau keta malaysia tak baguih..nape nak pakai gak?..balik2 salah kan keta..balik2 salah kan keta(ceh)..klu dah tak pandai jaga keta tu bagi keta BMW pun tak guna..fikir betul2 la..henti kan fikiran negatif..mana ada keta yang tak serupa..4 tayar gak..hua hua hua..(ado malom?..ado wak ikit)..
Model ni memang dah lama, bertahun2 dah pun. Dari 2004 lagi dah finalize design dia. Designwise, sama2 developed by Lotus + Proton engineers. Fully aluminum body tapi rega mmg mahal sbb nak process aluminum panels susah sket dari steel biasa.
Pastu aluminum ada health/safety hazard lagi masa dalam manufacturing stage. Kalo proton nak buat keta ni betul2 aluminum, harga keta ni akan jadi ratusan ribu. Proton dah boleh buat kereta ni, tapi risikonya tinggi sebab rakyat Malaysia mesti tak nak support punya. Pemikiran rakyat mesia… “Dari habiskan 200k beli proton, baik aku beli audi! Al body jugak!” Betul tak…
& melihat respon semua kat sini… baguih jugak la kalo management proton tak komersilkan keta ni. Diorang jugak yg rugi… sbb rakyat nampaknya belum bersedia nak bayar mahal2 utk keta proton.
Nanti aku reka kete original buatan Malaysia..made from anak jati Trolak Selatan..hahahahahaha..korang mesti tercengang tengok model kereta proton mcm lamborghini..boleh angkut sawit..loading..wakakakakaka
kereta cam ni untuk VVIP shj..xleh le anak2 org susah nak pakai…harge mesti tinggi gila..engine V6 lak tu..kalau tak seratus ribu keatas mesti tak sah..bodos,,bikin ler kete murah skit tp lawa..
